What is mensuration?

Mensuration means the discharge of blood,fluid,tissues from the reproductive organs of a mature female. It lasts from 3 days to 10 days.

Remedies

I here stated my own remedy which I used for years and got instant relief.



You have to take tea,but how you make it ? For this you need

  • 2cup water
  • 1tsp sugar.
  • Pinch black tea.
  • 1cardamon
  • Cinnamon 1pinch.

Boil the water and add sugar cardamon after 5 minutes add pinch tea  your magical tea is ready. 

Now prepare fry egg which you have to take with tea.       

But preparation of this egg is little bit different. How? For this you need:

  • One egg
  • 1tsp sugar
  • Little bit oil for frying.

Crack the egg ,now add sugar in it and beat it well so that sugar dissolves in it .now fry it in a pan .

Take fry egg with black tea warm.your all pain will be gone within 5 minutes.
